Pauline and Donna opened Abacus Event Rental in 2007 and have grown year over year. owners of Abacus Event RentalBoth women have backgrounds in sales and client services.

Donna has worked as an event coordinator in various hotels and convention centers across the country. She began working in hospitality at the age of 14 and after completing college she began her event career in Chicago.

Pauline has a background in corporate finance and client service. She has been working in sales and finance for the past ten years. Pauline joined Abacus in 2008 and handles all inquiries and client management.

Abacus donates 10% of each rental to one of four non-profit organizations. Our clients get to chose which effort they would like to support. Our goal has always been to support our community while also bringing awareness to what a small business can do if we work together. Check out the organizations on the Community Service page.

Abacus moved into a warehouse in Ridgefield in the spring of 2011. The office is located on 10th Avenue behind East Fork Cellars and next to the NW Best Fish Company.

We plan to host events on the property and hope to make the space a working event venue.
